Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Join a well-established, family-owned general contracting company in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in commercial construction. With nearly a century of experience, this company focuses on public and civic projects across the state. They pride themselves on self-performing demolition, concrete, and carpentry work.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee the entire project to ensure it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget.

+ Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

+ Manage project schedule, cost, and quality.

+ Handle change orders and project closeout.

Essential Skills

+ 7+ years of Project Management experience.

+ Experience in construction management and commercial construction.

+ Public project experience is required.

+ Proficient in project coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and involves working closely with various stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure project success.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
