    Description

    Summary:

    The Co-Op will perform assigned duties and responsibilities in a department or division that they have an interest in pursuing as a career. They will perform daily tasks and work on special projects for their direct manager and team. Opportunities are typically offered in the following business segments: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Risk, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate directly with hiring manager to set goals and monitor progress.

    + Establish working relationships with a variety of functional areas across the company.

    + Support organization and department initiatives as assigned by sponsoring manager.

    + Provide recommendations for improved department and company efficiency.

    + Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High School diploma

     

    Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
