    Position Overview:The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will provide frontline support to caregivers and veterans, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

     

    Anticipated Start Date:March 2026

    PositionResponsibilities:

    + Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.

    + Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments.

    + Provide general guidance and escalate complex issues as needed.

    + Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    + 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    + Experience working with veterans or in healthcare settings.

    + Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.

    + Multilingual skills are a plus.
