    Position Overview:The Paralegal will support licensed attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, and assisting caregivers with legal service needs.

    Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

     

    Anticipated Start Date:March 2026

    PositionResponsibilities:

    + Draft and review legal documents such as POAs and guardianship forms.

    + Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely service delivery.

    + Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and VA standards.

    + Assist with scheduling and client communications.

    Requirements

    + Associate degree or paralegal certification.

    + 3+ years of experience in legal support roles.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    + Experience in estate planning or healthcare law.

    + Familiarity with VA programs and veteran services.

    + Proficiency in legal research tools.
