Overview
Who is GeoStabilization International (GSI)
GeoStabilization International (GSI) is the industry leader in geotechnical engineering and construction, specializing in emergency landslide repair, slope stabilization, rockfall mitigation, and critical infrastructure resilience. Our mission is simple: protect communities and infrastructure through innovation, speed, and technical excellence. We are growing rapidly and seeking engineering interns who want more than a summer job; this program is designed to develop future leaders who can progress into full-time engineering roles at GSI.
The Opportunity
As an IT Intern at GeoStabilization International (GSI), you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, tools, and technologies that power a leading geohazard mitigation contractor. Over the course of this 11-week hybrid internship based out of our Denver, CO headquarters, you’ll work alongside IT professionals across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and support functions to strengthen your technical skills and business acumen.
Each intern is paired with both a manager and a mentor who provide daily guidance, technical development, and career support. Approximately 60% of your internship will be dedicated to a capstone project, culminating in a formal presentation of your findings and recommendations to GSI’s executive leadership team. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningful work, develop professional skills, and showcase your potential to launch a career with GSI.
