    Who we’re looking for

     

    Toyota’s Boston Region Market Representation Department is looking for a passionate, highly motivated and detailed oriented Market Representation Administrator.

     

    The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with the administration of all dealership financial data. Responsibilities include analysis and review of trends and development of composite reports to provide information and assistance to the manager in improving dealer financial and operational performance. Additionally, the Market Representation Administrator will administer other Market Rep activities such as Site / Facility / Relocation packages thereby maintaining and upgrading Toyota’s representation in every marketplace, with the objective of having the finest dealers, facilities, and locations in each community.

     

    Reporting to the Market Representation Manager, the person in this role will provide analytical and administrative support and exceptional customer service to dealership personnel.

    What you’ll be doing

    + Work with dealership comptrollers/office managers to determine financial statement errors; and assist in correction to ensure accurate and timely submission on a monthly basis.

    + Ensure dealers are complying with the Toyota Dealer Uniform Accounting System

    + Analyze dealerships’ balance sheet and identify potential problems regarding the achievement of Toyota’s capitalization standards

    + Monitor NWC, profitability and debt-to-equity dealership trends

    + Monitor financial statement input in Dealer Daily – assist in training new dealership comptrollers.

    + Coordinate the annual Net Working Capital agreement process to obtain signatures/commitments on a timely basis

    + Regional Comptroller Awards & Ranking

    + Perform all business management functions

    + Process and distribute business management month-end reports and maintain archives

    + TOPS reports, dealer profiles, dealer performance evaluations, Smartview/Workout reports; GPNVRL Report

    + Develop Dealer Application response letters as requested for dealer candidates and general manager candidates.

    + Ensure Dealer Daily is updated for each area (Market Rep., Business Management and Facilities) of the Market Representation Department.

    + Vehicle Support Program – Responsibilities include:

    + Develop and submit VSS requests to TMS and process all correspondence to dealer, TMS, Vehicle Supply, District Manager, Sales, and Market Rep Departments

    + Notification of approved VSS units to dealer and internally within the Region

    + Create and submit documentation for vehicle frontload.

    + Assist Market Representation Manager with special projects and perform financial statement analysis involved with transmittals and other actions (i.e. buy/sells, major ownership changes, new facility, relocations, etc.). Review and discuss analysis with Market Representation staff and provide input as appropriate.

    + Develop and submit Toyota Dealership renewals and General Manager nominations via workout.

    + Develop and submit location amendments and site requests to TMS via workout

    What you bring

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, OneDrive, and a capability and desire to learn and proficiently use proprietary company and vendor software programs.

    + Capability and desire to function in a collaborative team environment.

    + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities

    Added bonus if you have:

    + Event coordination experience

    + General budget & selling budget administration and reconciliation experience

    + Experience and understanding of financial statements

    + Toyota Region or Lexus Area administrative and or analyst experience

    The annual base salary range for this position is $55,500.00 - $90,200.00.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
