Strategy & Growth: Design and execute comprehensive paid search initiatives focused on scaling subscriber growth, boosting conversion rates, and improving cost efficiency.
Channel Management: Hands-on management of search campaigns across primary networks including Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads.
Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end process for campaign architecture, media optimizations, and high-converting ad copy.
Financial Stewardship: Dynamically allocate and optimize budgets across various tactics to ensure a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Performance Monitoring: Diligently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Audience Innovation: Lead the research and testing of advanced audience segments, including retargeting, lookalike modeling, and custom cohorts.
Creative Testing: Partner with creative teams to facilitate ongoing A/B testing for ad assets and landing page experiences.
Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous QA protocols for all deployments.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
Technical Toolset: Proven experience utilizing Search Ads 360 (SA360), DoubleClick Search, or similar enterprise-level 3rd party management platforms.
Strategic Focus: A proven track record of success in Direct Response (DR) marketing.
Data Fluency: Ability to collaborate with data analysts to translate real-time insights and test results into actionable campaign pivots.
Analytical Mindset: Skilled at evaluating new market opportunities through a data-driven lens to achieve measurable performance gains.
Global Perspective: Previous experience managing international media planning and buying is highly preferred.
Professional Attributes: A proactive, "results-first" communicator who thrives in high-velocity, evolving work environments.
