Learning Experience Designer

Overview

Come join the Sales Enablement Team as a Learning Designer. In this role you will transform how we design, deliver, and scale learning experiences. This role will play a critical part in sales enablement by designing scalable, innovative, and highly engaging solutions that empower employees to learn, apply, and create. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and sales enablement strategies. They will be responsible for building learning experiences that are optimized for delivery while ensuring effectiveness and adoption at scale. They will also work cross functionally across all Sales Enablement business units to ensure content remains agile and delivers solutions that positively impact the business.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $71.03 - $71.03/hr.
