Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fabrication Operator to join our team in Jackson, United States. As a Fabrication Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating various fabrication equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality components.

+ Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment, including cutting, bending, and welding tools

+ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce parts according to specifications

+ Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance and precision

+ Perform quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet required standards

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

+ Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

+ Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication

+ Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and equipment

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

+ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

+ Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols

+ Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Vocational training in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred

+ Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices is a plus
