Job Title: Digital Designer
Hours/Schedule: 5-10 hours per week

Overview
The Digital Designer creates high-quality digital assets for e-commerce, social, and mobile platforms, ensuring consistent brand execution across channels. This role collaborates with designers and marketing partners to deliver scalable static and light motion content optimized for platform performance.
Responsibilities
+ Design and develop digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including PDP tiles, banners, and on- and off-site media.
+ Create paid and organic social content optimized for platform-specific requirements.
+ Translate brand guidelines into precise, consistent digital executions.
+ Optimize creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and direct-to-consumer websites.
+ Collaborate with designers, brand managers, and marketing partners to execute project briefs.
+ Execute design iterations efficiently based on feedback while maintaining quality.
+ Organize, version-control, and maintain design files, libraries, and shared assets.
+ Adapt graphics across multiple placements and formats, including banners and off-site media.
+ Create light motion graphics, simple animations, and storyboards as needed.
+ Apply AI-powered tools to generate concepts, modify assets, and produce platform-specific adaptations.
+ Stay current on emerging tools, digital trends, and best practices and apply learnings to active projects.
Qualifications
+ Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
+ Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or Cinema 4D.
+ Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital graphics with strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
+ Experience adapting creative assets across multiple digital platforms and formats.
+ Familiarity with e-commerce and social platform requirements and optimization standards.
+ Experience managing multiple projects, maintaining organized workflows, and meeting deadlines.
+ Ability to create light motion graphics and simple animations.
+ Experience using AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping and iteration.
+ Ability to present design work and articulate creative decisions.
