    About the Role

    Hiring hourly 1099 Handymen to support residential maintenance work under the Home Ease program. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform a wide range of general residential maintenance and repair tasks

    + Complete drywall repairs, patching, and basic finishing

    + Install and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, lighting, and hardware

    + Handle minor carpentry, including trim repairs, door adjustments, and small framing

    + Troubleshoot common household issues and provide practical repair solutions

    + Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scope, scheduling, and job expectations

    + Interact professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers

    + Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and status updates in the vendor portal

    Requirements

    + Professional communication and reliability

    + Truck, van, or SUV

    + Full handyman toolset

    + Preferred 5 or more years experience

    + Valid driver’s license

    + U.S. residency required

    Disqualifiers

    + Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax ID

    + Failure to complete onboarding training

    + Poor communication or repeated missed appointments
