Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential

Join Amcor as a Manufacturing Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our production operations across **Press, Extrusion, or Converting** . In this hands-on position, you’ll assist operators, prepare materials, monitor equipment, and help ensure our products meet safety and quality standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Schedule Options:

+ 12-hour 2-2-3Days (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

+ 12-hour 2-2-3 Nights (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) or (7:00p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked

What** **you’ll** **do:

+ Assistoperators with set-up, operation, and monitoring of press, extrusion, or converting equipment

+ Prepare, load, and stage raw materials, rolls, inks, cartons, and supplies needed for continuous production

+ Transport materials using hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment

+ Remove finished rolls, pallets, or waste and stage for the next step in the process

+ Inspect materials and running product for defects and report quality issues

+ Perform roll changes, ink changes, and material changeovers as directed

+ Record production data, weights, and complete required documentation

+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areasin accordance withGMP, AIB, and food safety standards

+ Assistwith housekeeping, waste handling, and recycling activities

+ Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts

+ Follow all safety, PPE, lockout/tagout, and company policies

+ Assistother team members and departments as needed

Preferred qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Manufacturing experience preferred but notrequired

+ Basic math and measuring skills

+ Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

+ Lift and carry materials up to 50–60lbs

+ Stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift

+ Steel-toed shoes andrequiredPPE must be worn
