Your Role & Impact

You will be a vital part of her daily life, providing the physical and medical support she needs to thrive while ensuring she remains an active member of her community.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Personalized Care: Provide full physical assistance with transfers, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

+ Medical Advocacy: Administer medications, monitor for seizures, and assist with catheterization (up to 3x daily).

+ Health Maintenance: Manage wheelchair positioning and tilt schedules to ensure skin integrity and safety.

+ Community & Therapy: Accompany her to social events, swimming sessions, and horseback riding to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a patient, empathetic professional who has a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

+ Experience: Proven background in caregiving, specifically with physical and intellectual disabilities.

+ Skills: Ability to handle full physical transfers and complex medical monitoring.

+ Requirements:

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

+ Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry background checks.
