Job Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and hospital data in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other databases. This role ensures data integrity and compliance with hospital policies and HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Input and verify patient information, medical records, and billing data.

+ Maintain accurate and organized electronic files.

+ Perform data audits to ensure completeness and accuracy.

+ Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve data discrepancies.

+ Adhere to confidentiality and data security standards.
