Experienced Behavior Technician – School-Based Role in Los Angeles County

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is excited to welcome caring, experienced Behavior Technicians to our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and the greater Los Angeles County area. Position Highlights Pay: $24–$27/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PMLocation: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

What You’ll Do You’ll play an important role in helping students grow, learn, and thrive. In this position, you will:

+ Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in the classroom

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with care and consistency

+ Work closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

+ Help create structured, inclusive environments that promote independence

+ Encourage positive behaviors and social-emotional development

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ At least 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles

+ RBT certification is a plus, but not required

+ Must be 18+ and meet all employment requirements

+ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
