We are seeking a LPN – Skilled Nursing for travel to CottageGrove, OR. Please find the details below and let me know if you areinterested in learning more!

Start Date: ASAP – approx. 2 weeks pending backgroundclearance

Schedule(s):

- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6am - 6pm

- Nights:

o Shift 1: Mon - Wed, 6pm -6am

Shift 2: Thurs – Sun

o This could be a mix of 2x12s + 2x8s (40 hours)or 3x12s + 1x4 (40 hours)

o Night shifts have possibilities of OT as well

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Travel Pay: $1,903/wk on 36hrs (days) or$1,976/wk on 40hrs (nights)

- Base Pay: $18.25/hr – Overtime Pay: $36.50/hr

- Housing Stipend: $770/wk – Meals Stipend:$476/wk

Required:

- Previous experience in skilled nursing (min of 1year)

PCC experience

- OR license

- BLS
