Behavior Aides – Anticipated Openings for the New Year

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we anticipate multiple openings for Behavior Aides across our district. We are seeking dedicated, patient, and collaborative professionals who are committed to supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who:

+ Have experience working in special education settings or supporting students with disabilities

+ Have experience working with children or youth in educational, behavioral, or support roles

+ Are skilled at building positive, supportive relationships with students

+ Can assist in implementing behavior plans and classroom routines

+ Are dependable, flexible, and committed to fostering a safe and structured learning environment

What You’ll Do

+ Provide direct support to students with behavioral or social-emotional needs

+ Assist teachers and support staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions

+ Support students individually or in small groups

+ Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

+ Document observations and communicate student progress to the instructional team
