    Elementary Special Education Teacher (EBD Focus)

     

    Pay: $45–$50 per hour

     

    Contract: Through the end of the school year

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team at an elementary school in Manitowoc, WI. This position focuses on working with students with Emotional Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), providing individualized support and fostering a positive learning environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs

    + Provide academic and behavioral support for EBD students

    + Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    Requirements:

    + Valid DPI License (Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction)

    + Experience working with special education students, particularly those with EBD

    + Strong communication and classroom management skills
