    Experienced School Paraprofessional – Behavior Support Specialist

     

    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (35 hours/week)

     

    Pay: $15/hour

    Do you have a passion for helping students succeed? We’re looking for dedicated and experienced paraprofessionals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students with special needs.

    As a Behavior Technician, you will:

    + Support students with individualized behavior plans in school settings.

    + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals.

    + Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to help students thrive academically and socially.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    Ideal Candidate:

    + Experienced working with students who have behavior plans

    + Patient, reliable, and passionate about education

    + Resides within 30 minutes of Midland County schools
