    ### Job Duties

    As a member of the Global Food and Beverage division, the Finance Manager II provides FP&A and Strategic finance support to the Global F&B VP of Finance and Global F&B EVP & GM. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Global Food & Beverage Business including but not limited to annual budgeting, mid-year business reviews, monthly forecasting, gross margin analysis, and expense analysis.This position also leads key global business projects and will provide financial support to the Global Marketing/Digital function. This position serves as primary contact and support for the Food & Beverage regional finance teams. This leader will manage two direct reports.

    What You Will Do:

    Manage all aspects of Global Division budgeting, mid-year business reviews, monthly forecasting, and related analysis and communication. Partner with Global Water Group Finance team and region teams to ensure coordination and transparent communication.

     

    Support the Global Marketing and Digital teams with innovation analysis and reporting.

     

    Preparation of monthly global reporting including development of the Global Division monthly business review presentation.

     

    Work closely with Global Division President and leadership team to prepare Annual Plan and Strategic Business review presentations.

     

    Support regional business analytics (sales growth, pricing, margin, expense and headcount) - including deployment of best practices. Execute global benchmarking/financial metrics.

     

    Spend significant time working with the regional finance teams to improve analytical processes.

     

    Serve as financial lead for selected business development and functional initiatives. Partner closely with global and divisional management to achieve related business objectives.

     

    Prepare cost center budgets, global allocation schemes and maintain global compensation data.

     

    Perform special projects to support the business and functions (marketing, R&D) as required.

     

    Represent Vice President Finance in regional and functional meetings as required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

    7 years of experience in accounting and/or finance

     

    Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

    Preferred Qualifications:

    MBA

    Must be able to support critical deadlines and aggressive reporting schedule

     

    Superb executive presence, communication skills

     

    Maintain flexible work schedule to accommodate global business partners (EMEA/APLA conference calls)

     

    Superb financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills-must be a quick learner and adaptable capable of thinking at a strategic level and translating this into recommendations and actions

     

    Deep experience in corporate business analysis and planning

     

    Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with executives, finance leaders

     

    Front-line management experience-demonstrated project management and process improvement (LSS) skills

     

    Superb presentation and written communication skills

     

    Excellent PC and systems skills (Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, BI)

     

    Experience in developing executive-level presentations

    Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

    The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
