What You’ll Do
+ Direct and manage day-to-day operations for the Neuroscience & Spine Clinic.
+ Drive initiatives that enhance patient experience, access, and satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance benchmarks.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety, and quality requirements.
+ Foster a culture of engagement, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
+ Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred).
+ Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
+ Skills & Knowledge:
+ Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement regulations.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
+ Leadership Qualities:
+ Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and a commitment to team success.
+ Ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
