    Job Information

     

    This Business Analyst position will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for providing integration design & support as well as HRIS systems functional support. The position will also provide SME support to related Doosan Human Resource systems. Level offered will be determined based on experience.

     

    Role & Responsibility

     

    Operational Performance

     

    + Act as the company's subject matter expert and front-line support for HR Systems and integrations for new implementations, and the support of ongoing systems

    + Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing HR data integrations and providing technical support to the application development team

    + Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of HR data integrations into new or existing applications

     

    Technical

     

    + Gather and Configure Business Requirements relating to Time Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Compensation, Performance Management/Goals and Enterprise Portal

    + Responsible for designing and maintaining system integrations and components, including but not limited to application-to-application integrations, services, internal and external API, file transfer, and EDI and SQL queries

    + Design functional specifications for HR data related integrations and work with developers to ensure all requirements have been met

    + Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred but not required

    + Familiarity with SAP Business Technology and Cloud Platform Integration is preferred but not required

    + Experience with Dayforce is preferred but not required.

     

    Business Analyst/Functional Design

     

    + Participate in and/or lead, the planning of integration projects

    + Design, develop, and deploy HRIS integration and application solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines

    + Provide hands-on support for various business groups through problem solving, HR/Payroll configuration, functional documentation, testing, developing system documentation, and training materials

    + Work with Senior Analysts, Application Developers, Business SME’s and other Support team members to drive process and systems improvements throughout the HR/Payroll organization

     

    Job Requirement

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Self-motivated and be able to plan your own work

    + Ability to work under pressure to resolve time sensitive issues

    + Ability to work effectively in a multi-culture and multi-language environment

    + Proven success communicating with both Business and IT Teams in support of HR Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance and other HR solutions

    + Experience designing and supporting various application integrations

    + Experience designing and improving business processes and controls

    + Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and deployment to various stakeholder levels

    + 2-5 years in related application support roles

    + Travel - 10%-24%
