This position will be responsible for recording, monitoring, tracking and data entry on the population health plans for all insurances that allow additional reimbursement when data is uploaded, entered or captured on claims. Will be the key position to receive all exchange of information between the organization and the insurance companies. Collaborate with primary care clinics, providers, and scheduling team. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OZH’s mission, vision and values. Reports to the Managed Care Manager.
