_Service Dispatcher (HVAC) - Baltimore, MD_

**Pay Range:** $25–$35 per hour

We are seeking a **Service Dispatcher** to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating communication between customers, management, and service technicians to schedule service calls, projects, and preventative maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Track incoming service calls and assign appropriate technicians to work orders.

+ Coordinate technician arrival times with customers.

+ Follow up with customers after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.

+ Manage and update customer database with accurate information.

+ Oversee and adjust technicians’ daily schedules as needed.

+ Communicate clearly with customers to understand needs and ensure smooth execution.

+ Support management with reports and administrative tasks.

+ Order materials for preventative maintenance.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

+ Excellent phone etiquette and clear written/verbal communication.

+ Customer service-oriented; must be a “people person.”

+ Self-motivated and reliable.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Positive and energetic attitude.

+ Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.

+ Geographical knowledge of the region is a plus.

Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
