    As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise and guidance to team members on planning and directing all aspects of marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.

     

    *THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE*

    The Marketing & Customer Experience Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    * Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the marketing event strategy and corresponding activities across multiple in-person and virtual event platforms in support of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily business.

    * This role will be responsible for formulating and implementing event marketing plans, setting and tracking event budgets, and leading the development of, or providing input to corresponding communication plans and content strategies for Multifamily events.

    * Candidate will lead coordination across stakeholders supporting each event, manage cross-project dependencies, and track project timelines to ensure event goals and objectives are met.

    * This role will be accountable for partnering with the extended marketing team and its management to set benchmarks, baselines, and goals for the Multifamily marketing event strategy and supporting events to drive insights and establish targets that ensure value-add for the Enterprise as well as Multifamily.

    * Representing the Marketing division, this role will be responsible for engaging with Multifamily executives across the business, including both internal and external partners and stakeholders.

    * This role will assess and evaluate existing event strategies and plans to identify opportunities for improvement as well as aid in the supervision of workflow and provide feedback and guidance to junior team members on planning and contributions.

    *THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM*

    Minimum Required Experiences

    * 4 years of experience

    * Proven track record with designing and executing complex event marketing strategies/ campaigns, B2B event management experiences a plus.

    * Demonstrated project management skills. Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives. PMP certification a plus.

    * High proficiency in MS Excel; capable of manipulating and analyzing large data sets quickly

    * Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability; adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion. Ability to work independently and with teams to meet deadlines.

    * Excellent consultative and partneringskills. Experienced in negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.

    * Excellent relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

    * Effective partnership with teams to form a deep understanding of business priorities and translate into event strategies /content that help achieve businessoutcomes.

    * Demonstrated commitment to innovation and change with the willingness to take the initiative to accomplishchange.

    * Demonstrated commitment to diversity andinclusion.

    * Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

    * Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.

    Target Salary Range: $107,000 - $139,000 a year

    The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
