Job Description

+ Receive, sort, and route incoming return packages

+ Inspect and prepare returned merchandise for RMA processing

+ Work with vendors to process RMAs and returns

+ Create and maintain accurate paperwork and system records

+ Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe

+ Follow all warehouse safety rules and company procedures

+ Work closely with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues quickly

+ Help improve processes to increase accuracy and productivity

+ Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

+ Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed

+ Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, data entry, MS Word, Outlook)

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed

+ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

+ Willingness to adapt to changing priorities

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods

Pay Transparency

This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in Ontario, CA is $18/hour.
