**Pay Rate:** $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
**Schedule:** M-F 5am-130pm (set hours)
Job Description
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Quality** **Inspector 2** to join our team in Commando, WA. In this role, you will perform mechanical and cosmetic inspections and support quality control activities for new product introductions. Responsibilities include:
+ Conduct mechanical and cosmetic inspections
+ Provide quality control for new product introduction
+ Inspect incoming goods, returns, and assemblies
+ Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership
+ Perform First Article inspections
Skills and Experience
+ Solid inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal, written, and numerical communication skills
+ Familiarity with quality disciplines such as 8D reporting, 5 Whys, and corrective action reports
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Education/Experience
+ High School Diploma/GED + 2 years relevant experience **OR**
+ In lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant experience
