    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developers for one of their top Health Tech clients. This role is critical for delivering scalable solutions across Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration, and supporting stakeholders with evolving requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement best-in-class Salesforce solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Apex Development: Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications and logic

     

    Flow Configuration: Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows

     

    Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems

     

    Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies

     

    Recommend best practices for Salesforce development and configuration

     

    Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to Salesforce standards

     

    Pay ranges from 18-25 USD/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Proven experience in Apex application development and integration

     

    Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows

     

    Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

     

    Ability to recommend and implement best practices for Salesforce architecture

     

    Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and security model Experience working across multiple teams and verticals

     

    Familiarity with Infos-related integrations and advanced Salesforce features

     

    Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments
