The Vacancy

The Megger Production Assembler ensures that customer instruments are assembled correctly and in accordance with Megger quality standards. Regular tasks may include, but are not limited to: assembling, inspecting, repairing, and functions checking assemblies and/or finished instruments to meet design specifications; material inventory control; product modifications via approved deviation.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

+ Prepares finished products per assembly instructions, print specifications, and bills of material

+ Assemble and inspect component assemblies by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies, and measuring final component against print

+ Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with Megger 6S procedures and all applicable regulations.

+ Maintain area inventory, order/reorder materials from warehouse per the defined Kanban structure.

+ Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

+ Apply the Megger Values to all assignments and tasks: Caring; Consistent; Captivating; Confident; Creative.

+ Other duties as assigned.
