Summary:
The Meta Reality Labs Channel Product Marketing Organization is responsible for levers and initiatives that unlock new channels and reduce sales friction. The Channel Product Marketing Team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market (GTM) plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments.It’s an exciting time to join the Wearables Product Marketing Team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and our growing portfolio have had a positive response from the public, and we are growing the team to accelerate growth. We’re looking for a Channel Product Marketing Manager who can lead GTM strategy and execution for Meta’s next-generation devices. This role will be pivotal in establishing Connectivity within our retail ecosystem and ensuring successful launches, adoption, and ongoing performance.In this role, you will be the single-threaded owner for driving the Connectivity GTM strategy, using a rigorous, insight-driven approach. You’ll leverage market intelligence, user research, data science, in-market performance, and sales and category expertise to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to accelerate Meta’s Connectivity footprint. You’ll then turn those insights into comprehensive GTM strategies and plans to drive successful launches, scalable adoption, and ongoing optimization in the market.

Product Marketing Manager - Wearables, Connectivity Responsibilities:
1. Identify and drive new opportunities to accelerate adoption and conversion of connected devices across global Telco, retail, and ecommerce channels
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute programs that enhance the end-to-end customer journey and increase conversion to purchase
3. Develop a clear framework to align cross-functional teams and leadership around the strategy, key pillars, and success metrics
4. Identify opportunities to elevate customer education and in-store/online experiences, introducing innovative demos and touchpoints that inspire understanding and drive purchase intent for connected products
5. Define audience segmentation, value proposition, product positioning, promotional strategy, pricing, distribution, and market prioritization for Connectivity
6. Aggregate and synthesize performance data and customer insights to continuously optimize the path to purchase and inform future GTM strategies
Minimum Qualifications:

7. 7+ years experience in either Consumer Electronics or Telco, with direct responsibility for driving sales and business growth for Connectivity
8. Demonstrated experience setting strategy and translating it to execution, including leading net-new initiatives for an organization
9. Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights and translating those into actionable plans that deliver business objectives
10. Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and external partner teams to deliver high impact campaigns through production and execution
11. Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments with a high degree of ambiguity
12. Demonstrated experience developing executive level documents and presentations, with experience tailoring complex information for executive leadership audiences
13. Experience working across a wide range of sales distribution channels including online, brick and mortar, and partner-led
14. BA/BS degree

15. Experience with Consumer Electronics hardware, partnerships, and channel execution
16. Experience influencing teams to deliver first-of-their kind initiatives, including setting goals, communicating a narrative and goal, influencing stakeholders, and facilitating cross-functional alignment through execution, measurement, and performance assessment
17. 7+ years experience in product marketing and/or technology
18. MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience
Public Compensation:
$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
