Summary:
The Meta Superintelligence Lab (MSL) is at the forefront of pioneering AI technologies aimed at bringing people and businesses closer together on a global scale. As a TPM in this specialized area, you will partner at the cross-section of Support, Engineering and Product teams.Being a TPM at Meta signifies driving significant impact by delivering measurable results across various domains. You will be responsible for helping to define and guiding high-level goals, and monitoring and communicating progress, and outlining functional requirements for programs. This role demands a technical background, some understanding of system architecture, and the experience to effectively collaborate across different functions and organizations to achieve impact.You will partner to drive strategy and implementation of solutions to support the MSL teams.These roles are integral to various teams including Ads, Business Integrity, Monetization, Commerce, Business Messaging, Privacy, Social Impact, Central Integrity, Growth, Central Metrics, Internationalization, Facebook Home, Marketplace, Watch, Groups, Stories, Search, Product Foundation, and Instagram, among others.As a MSL TPM, you will tackle unique challenges ensuring a frictionless operational experience.You will also play a critical role in mission-critical cross-organizational or Meta-wide initiatives.

Technical Program Manager, Office of the CEO Responsibilities:
1. Manage and take ownership of cross-functional program execution within a matrix organization
2. Contribute to roadmap and long-term strategies for the teams you collaborate with,
3. Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements
4. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones pertinent to the team you support
5. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, providing daily coordination and quality assurance for tasks
6. Drive alignment within a flat organization by working in concert with other technical program managers, product managers, and engineers across Meta to establish a shared vision for improving execution and building solutions
7. Maintain ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders
8. Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives
9. Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and to build and scale products for Meta
Minimum Qualifications:

10. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
11. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management
12. Experience in defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact across products, platforms, and programs
13. Proficiency in understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
14. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
15. Communication experience at the executive level and proven experience in influencing leadership and technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
16. Demonstrated experience in organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
17. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
18. Experience establishing working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and with multiple partners in different time zones
19. Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer-focused products, coupled with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies

20. Familiarity with the AI product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and scaling
21. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows (e.g., basic understanding of model development, data pipelines, or AI product deployment)
22. Prior experience in AI, data science, or related technical domains (even if not hands-on)
23. Prior experience in a high-growth tech company, especially in AI, cloud, or enterprise software
24. Demonstrated experience in influencing and collaborating with engineering, product, research, legal, and business teams
25. Experience managing stakeholders and navigating organizational complexity
26. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern development methodologies
27. Program management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
28. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable architectures
29. Experience preparing executive-level updates, presentations, and reports
Public Compensation:
$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
