Summary:
As a member of the wearables team at Meta, you'll be part of a dynamic and innovative group that's shaping the future of wearable technology. Our team is dedicated to creating products that seamlessly integrate into people's lives, enhancing their experiences and connections.As the Product Experience lead, you'll craft impactful demos that showcase our products and AI solutions, creating compelling experiences that highlight seamless product integration and showcase the full potential of our offerings.The role requires a high level of technical proficiency and ability to communicate and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll interface directly with Product Management, Engineering and Design - working closely with them to evolve the functionality of our devices from prototype to launch. You'll test and validate these experiences with available technology that bring our solutions to life. As you develop intimate knowledge of new products and solutions, you'll create meaningful partner experiences and conduct regular audits of content, collaborating with owners to recommend improvements and document new requirements. You’ll work closely across the highest levels of leadership to deliver these custom experiences in Menlo Park and at key tentpole moments throughout the year.

Wearables Product Experience Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Must quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to prototypes and the technical infrastructure they require
2. Provide onsite and remote support to create demo experiences given to a wide audience, including executive leadership
3. Resolve technical issues and challenges quickly and effectively with minimal disruption
4. Build and maintain solutions to scale prototyping efforts, including demos to showcase end-to-end experiences via prototypes and/or production-ready builds
5. Lead resolution requiring multi-functional support, working closely with other support leads, operational and engineering staff, and other domain specialists to resolve issues
6. Provide feedback, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technology products and services
7. Manage own time to fulfill tasks efficiently, in the correct priority, and to the required level of quality, within the context of the objectives
8. Capture and funnel feedback from demos back to the respective product and design teams
9. Collaborate with other technical teams to build and enhance prototyping platforms
10. Set up and maintain prototypes and present to various audiences
11. Travel as required
12. Experience working with terminal, scripts, and adb commands
13. Troubleshoot technical issues in real time

14. Experience with customer service skills and analytical troubleshooting
15. Capacity to communicate clear and concise information in technical and non-technical terms based on the audience
16. Project and time management experience. Capacity to manage expectations in a time sensitive environment while balancing strategic projects with day-to-day accountabilities
17. Capacity to work well under pressure
18. Previous client-facing experience and capacity to communicate and build trusted relationships
19. Demonstrates follow up and attention to detail
20. Proven problem solving experience and experience overcoming challenges

22. Programming experience in one or more languages (C#, C/C++, Python, Java)
23. Experience with AR/VR and game development
24. Experience visualizing in 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design
25. Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images
Public Compensation:
$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
