What You'll Do
+ Assemble and install pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and piping on custom-built water treatment systems.
+ Work from P&IDs, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and production prints to bring designs to life.
+ Build and test piping systems (PVC, CPVC, PE, PVDF, PFA, and other materials) for a variety of system types.
+ Assist in factory acceptance testing (FAT) to ensure each unit meets the highest standards before shipment.
+ Collaborate with engineering, controls, and service teams to troubleshoot and refine system performance.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, always prioritizing safety and quality.
+ Train and assist newer team members as you grow in your own technical skills.

What It Takes to Succeed
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Six (6) months hands-on experience in mechanical, plumbing or HVAC work involving tools, piping, and fittings
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret blueprints, P&IDs, or schematics.
+ Experience installing or fabricating piping, pumps, and mechanical components.
+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment.
+ Willingness to learn new skills, cross-train in related areas, and adapt as the company continues to grow.
+ Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism in all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
+ One (1) year of experience in mechanical assembly, plumbing, pipefitting, or industrial fabrication.
+ Exposure to or interest in industrial water treatment, process systems, or custom equipment manufacturing.
+ Basic familiarity with electrical or controls systems
