ATI is seeking a Maintenance Front Line Leader to join our team in our Albany, Oregon facility. Albany Operations specializes in melting Titanium and Titanium Alloys to produce ingots for use in multiple applications in the Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and other markets. This is a day shift position and typically works Monday through Friday, overtime as required. You will report to the Maintenance Senior Leader. The Maintenance Front Line Leader will be responsible foroverseeing the maintenance of critical equipment,and providing functional direction to maintenance technicians and crafts, including, millwrights, electricians, instrumentation technicians and multi-craft maintenance personnel. Additionally, this role will coordinate and interface with operations to ensure PM completion as well as required break-ins.
A successful Maintenance Front Line Leader will quickly grasp manufacturing and maintenance practices and have complete ownership of their crew. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain harmonious working relationships in a dynamic environment, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives are included in the skillset of a successful Maintenance Front Line Leader.
Specifically, the Maintenance Front Line Leader will:
+ Manage concurrent maintenance activities to effectively maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities.
+ Manage daily shift schedule to complete preventive maintenance activities and prioritize break-in work according to established critical equipment list.
+ Regularly participate in root cause analysis and failure analysis.
+ Analyze collected data to inform and adjust predictive maintenance reliability activities.
+ Perform administrative duties such as managing time and attendance, leading monthly crew safety meetings, and conducting behavior-based safety observations.
+ Assure compliance with the recording of job plan evaluation, feedback, and equipment history for work orders.
+ Provide employee coaching and participate in conflict resolution.
+ Ensure all supervised employees meet annual safety training requirements, complete continuing education for licensing, and adhere to all government regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.
