• Technical Business Analyst

    Job Summary: Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for implementation of product enhancements and production support of 1:1 Messaging. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data analysis as it relates to production support.

    Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.

    + Three years of experience in writing SQL queries

    + Strong data analysis skills

    + Experience gathering and documenting requirements

    + Experience creating/executing queries in Databricks environment is a plus

    + Strong oral and written communications skills

    + Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

    + Strong facilitation skills

    + Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel

    + Extreme attention to detail

    + Experience within a customer or technical support environment

    + Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation

    + Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment

    + Proven data driven decision-making skills

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Support a data driven products, ability to work with inbound/outbound data sets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirements documentations.

    + Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, GCP Cloud SQL or AWS Amazon RDS and/or Databricks

    + Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights

    + Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues

    + Ability to create detailed technical documentation and reports.

    + Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Experienced in using project management tools such as Jira

    + Strong organization skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
