    Description

    SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Program Analyst to join our talented team in Crane, IN. This role requires an active Secret Clearance. The Program Analyst will be responsible in all aspects of producing deliverables to inform Task Managers decision-making. Proactiveness, motivation to work in a collaborative environment, and ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are critical to success in this position. The Program Analyst will help our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, schedules, and workflow; strategically research and frame broad, multifaceted issues; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement.

     

    In this role you will serve as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as performance trends weekly.

     

    Support customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution and communications.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in supporting Program Managers with daily workload. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    + Intermediate experience in ALL Microsoft Suites; prefer experience in Microsoft Projects.

    + Expert in communications with senior-leaders down to integration team.
