    We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a talented **Senior Solutions Engineer** to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation through Intelligence. As a **Senior Solutions Engineer** , you will be assigned to an engineering implementation team to lead, support, and maintain new implementations for DARPA. You will act as the lead for projects and support other Engineers on other projects. As a member of the implementation team, you will have the opportunity to be engaged in a variety of solution implementations, rather than being solely focused on one solution.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement new software and application features and system improvements from concept to delivery.

    + Define architecture and drive technology decisions for backend, frontend, and/or cloud infrastructure systems.

    + Provide technical leadership on major tasks and enterprise technology initiatives.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    + Ensure seamless and secure connectivity across all enterprise endpoints.

    + Mentor, support, and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and career development.

    + Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including testing, code quality, and maintainability.

    + Support mission-critical operations, with the expectation of occasional off-duty work hours.

    + Identify technical risks and create strategies for mitigation.

    + Collaborate with security, systems, cloud, and DevOps teams to align infrastructure strategies.

    + Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations, procurement, and support.

    + Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the engineering team remains modern and efficient.

    + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that once project implementation is complete, those responsible teams will have all the required documentation and skills to continue to maintain the software and application.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or other related fields.

    + 8+ years of professional experience in software and application development, including 5+ years working in a classified and air-gapped environment and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

    + DOD Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph.

    + DOD IAT Level III Certification is required.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Deep understanding of system architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

    + Strong understanding of project implementation and deployment. Including project development to end state (software and application development, hardware deployment and configuration, networking requirements, etc.).

    + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.

    + Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving across complex enterprise networks.

    + Knowledge of classified/unclassified government network requirements, NIST, DISA STIGs, and other cybersecurity frameworks.

    + Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including security, systems engineering, and program management.

    + Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, and MacOS).

    + Experience with implementing configuration changes to harden systems and applications.

    + Strong understanding of vulnerability requirements, system STIGing, RMF, and ATO life cycle best practices.

    + Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and lead through change.

    + Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR solutions (XSOAR, Swimlane, Splunk, Cortex XDR, QRadar, etc.).

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
