    Position Summary...

     

    The Senior Manager, People Project Management supports the Corporate Functions People Team by leading strategic projects that enable transformation and align to the people strategy. This role is responsible for driving execution of complex, high-impact projects across functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

     

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and disciplined executor with strong project management expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels of the organization.

     

    What you'll do...

    Lead Strategic Initiatives

    + Manage multiple large-scale programs by setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and driving accountability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

    + Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans that accelerate enterprise transformation.

    Project Governance & Delivery

    + Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and communication frameworks for cyclical, strategic, and ad hoc People initiatives.

    + Establish governance models to track milestones, measure success, and ensure timely delivery of results.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    + Partner with senior leaders, People Partners, and COE teams to define objectives, identify risks, and create transparent communication plans.

    + Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent to ensure alignment across Corporate Functions people team.

    Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

    + Lead process reviews and gap analyses to streamline operations and increase organizational effectiveness.

    + Champion adoption of best practices and tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.

    Data-Driven Insights

    + Use metrics and KPIs to measure project effectiveness and resource utilization.

    + Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance program outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Partner across Centers of Expertise (COEs), Corporate Functions, and other People teams to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.

    + Support alignment between People strategies and enterprise priorities to enhance the associate experience.

     

    What You’ll Bring...

     

    + Proven expertise in program management with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business plan execution.

    + Demonstrated decision-making skills and adaptability in dynamic environments to overcome obstacles and meet performance standards.

    + Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, influence leadership, and foster collaboration across departments.

    + Experience in process improvement, including conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices aligned with company strategy.

    + Ability to analyze data, evaluate program performance, and recommend actionable changes to optimize outcomes.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

     

    2 years’ supervisory experience.

    3 years’ project management experience.
