Description

We’re looking for a Procurement and Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our global purchasing team. You’ll play a key role in aligning purchasing and supply chain strategies with business goals while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions

+ Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production and customer needs

+ Build and manage strong supplier relationships while driving cost savings and quality improvements

+ Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules

+ Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance

+ Champion continuous improvement, lean practices, and supply chain risk management

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus)

+ Supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in manufacturing a plus

+ Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management

+ Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and lead cross-functional teams

+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems; APICS/CSCP or Six Sigma certification a plus
