Overview
We’re looking for a strategic operations and project management leader who thrives in complexity and brings clarity, structure, and momentum to everything they touch. This is a critical leadership position, essential for advancing the agency’s integrated approach and fueling growth, innovation, and operational excellence in healthcare advertising.
This role will spearhead the ongoing digital transformation of operations – enhancing digital workflows, project management capabilities, and team accountability through training and leadership. You’ll play a key role in helping the agency harness the power of AI and technology to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency. You’ll ensure our work is not only visionary, but also flexible, scalable, efficient, and consistently excellent.
Since there are no one-size-fits-all solutions, this role demands a thoughtful problem solver who can help teams think creatively about how to deliver for clients based on their unique needs, challenges, and goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the power of integration – connecting people, processes, and platforms to unlock better outcomes for clients and patients alike. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, mitigating risk, resolving delivery challenges, and mentoring a high-performing team of project managers.

Responsibilities
+ Define and evolve the vision, structure, and responsibilities of the Operations & Project
+ Manageme capability at designated agency
+ Collaborate with the Publicis Health Operational Center of Excellence to shape and evolve networkwide standards and best practices, and translate shared priorities into actionable operational plans for the agency, working closely with agency leadership to ensure alignment, adoption, and impact
+ Design, build, and implement systems, processes, workflows, and tools that support seamless delivery of integrated, omnichannel campaigns
+ Oversee scoping, staffing, and delivery of $50MM+ in annual project work across brands and channels
+ Collaborate with agency leadership to optimize scoping, pricing, and resource models that balance client value with agency profitability
+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and margin through better workflow design, automation, and talent deployment
+ Champion documentation and communication standards – status reports, financial tracking, scopes, timelines, change orders, burn reports and forecasting, and asset management
+ Implement structured post-mortems and operational reviews to ensure lessons learned are captured and institutionalized
+ Identify and mitigate delivery risks and ensure operational resilience
+ Leverage data and analytics to identify performance trends, forecast operational needs, and guide strategic decision-making
+ Establish feedback loops that use metrics to inform continuous improvement and innovation
+ Drive onboarding and change management across the agency and client organizations, leading SOP development and training initiatives
Qualifications
+ 15+ years in a digital-first creative services organization, with deep experience across strategy, analytics, creative, technology, editorial, media, production, and finance as well as some years of experience within the pharmaceutical vertical
+ Track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, including workflow optimization, platform implementation, and process redesign
+ Proven success leading large-scale, integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, experiential, HCP, patient)
+ Deep experience leading cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, medical, analytics, technology and production
+ Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients, including senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and PMOs
+ Experience managing complex budgets, timelines, and resource planning across portfolios exceeding $50MM+ annually
+ Expertise with pharmaceutical promotional regulatory requirements, MLR processes and compliance standards, including subpart e/h approvals

Compensation Range: $176,700-$288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
