    Requirements

    + M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree

    + Completion of an **ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency**

    + Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain)

    + Certification in **BLS, ACLS, or PALS** within 30 days of hire
