**Banner Health** , one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in Eaton, Colorado. Build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Position Details:

+ Full-time, outpatient | MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM | No nights or weekends, minimal call

+ Patient volume: 18-20 patients per day

+ Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics

+ Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health

+ Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities

Position Requirements:

+ Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility for Colorado licensure

+ DEA registration with prescriptive authority

+ Family medicine experience preferred

+ Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Salary: $117,500 $137,500 (based on experience)
