The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as an AI/ML Lead Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and operationalizing advanced AI/ML solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and contribute to mission-critical applications that enhance national security. As an AI/ML Lead Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the integration of AI/ML capabilities into our systems and processes

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML algorithms and models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.

• Ensure the operationalization of AI/ML models, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI/ML processes and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data rights management.

Qualifications:

_Required:_

• 8 years of experience in AI/ML implementation.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML algorithms, model development, and operationalization.

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

_Desired:_

• Experience with microservices based, scalable architecture.

• Experience with delivery on AWS or equivalent service.

• Experience with delivery of services in hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructures.

• Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience with SAFe methodologies and agile program management.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$158,000 - $347,600
