    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst Associate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and research within the dynamic healthcare sector.

     

    •This position will be on site with the possibility of this role becoming hybrid after the candidate is successfully trained and evaluated.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income, Sales, Property, Excise, Escheats)

    + Maintenance & Reconciliation of Tax Account Balances, including adjusting journals

    + Form W-9 Preparation & Maintenance

    + Administrative Tasks such as collecting/opening mail, responsibility for the tax deferment inbox, and depositing checks

    + Special Projects, as assigned

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance or similar, required.

    + Experience: Two years Corporate or Public Tax Compliance, required.

    + Licensure/Certification: CPA License (or eligible), preferred.
