Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead on the **newly added** shift. This role will take place out of our Avery Creek facility on Visa Boulevard. The hours for 2nd shift are Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2:30am.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83000 - $122000 a year.

Administrative & Resource Management

+ Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.

+ Control budgets for overtime, tools, and other resources within guidelines.

+ Schedule workloads effectively to meet customer needs and plant objectives.

Safety & Development

+ Promote plant safety policies and a zero-incident safety culture.

+ Support employee development and identify potential candidates for leadership roles.

+ Encourage community involvement and support plant-sponsored employee activities.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

+ 2 year degree from accredited institution with at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience **OR** a 4 year degree from accredited institution.

+ Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.

+ Experience working with low voltage or electrical products.

+ Previous experience as a supervisor or manager of people.

Position Criteria:

+ The employee shall have a working knowledge of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and an awareness of all environmental aspects associated with or located in his/her respective areas.

+ The employee shall have a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases.
