    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead production and inventory improvement initiatives using structured project management practices

    + Maintain accurate and aligned transactional data across inventory systems (Command, SAP)

    + Analyze inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

    + Collaborate with global and local teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliver actionable solutions

    + Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation (RPA)

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in process optimization, operations, business management and SAP rollouts

    + Proficiency in software tools, including SAP MM and Microsoft Excel required

    + Industry experience in heavy building materials; experience with ready-mix, aggregates, or hot-mix asphalt is a plus
