    Securitas Security is seeking a dependable and motivated **Security Site Supervisor** to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role is responsible for leading security officers, ensuring post coverage, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and internal leadership.

    Details:

    + This is an overnight position - Monday through Friday 8PM-4AM

    + Pay is $28 per hour

    + Site is located in Woburn, MA

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers to ensure high performance and professionalism

    + Ensure all posts are staffed and officers are following site-specific policies and procedures

    + Conduct patrols, inspections, and audits to maintain safety and compliance

    + Serve as the on-site liaison between the client and management

    + Prepare and submit incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation

    + Respond to emergencies, incidents, and client concerns in a calm and effective manner

    + Assist with training, and mentoring new hires

    + Enforce company standards, safety protocols, and code of conduct

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting

    + Prior security supervisory or leadership experience

    + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations

    + Basic computer skills (email, reports, scheduling systems)

    + Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
