    Work Settings

    + **Home Care** – Provide personalized therapy in patients’ homes.

    + **Counties** : Charolotte, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota

    + **Hospital Rehab** – Work in a collaborative **inpatient or outpatient** environment.

    + **Inpatient:** Bartow, Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, Morton Plant, St. Anthony's, St. Joseph's, St. Joseph's North, South Florida Baptist, Wesley Chapel, Winter Haven

    + **Outpatient** : Bloomingdale, Bardmoor

    + **Other:** Morton Plant Rehab, BayCare Alliant (LTAC)

    + Full-Time

    Qualifications
