Summary:

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Associates - Nursing Or - Diploma - Nursing

+ Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing

+ RN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ ACLS (Cardiovascular)

+ Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

+ Clinical RN acute care experience

+ Preferred - Leadership experience
