As a **Senior Development Officer** at MercyOne Genesis, you will:
+ The Senior Development Officer will drive transformational philanthropy to advance the exceptional healthcare services provided by MercyOne Genesis and MercyOne Genesis VNA and Hospice.
+ This strategic leadership role focuses on building and nurturing enduring philanthropic partnerships through a sophisticated, multi-channel development approach.
+ The position manages a dynamic portfolio of major gift prospects, while providing strategic oversight of comprehensive fund development initiatives.
+ The role requires sophisticated partnership with physician leaders and clinical champions to transform medical innovations and patient care initiatives into compelling philanthropic opportunities.
+ The position will play a crucial role in capital campaigns aligned with MercyOne Genesis's strategic growth initiatives.
**Schedule** :
+ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
**General Requirements** :
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ More than 7 years' experience required.
+ Fund development training in major gifts/capital campaigns.
+ Communications, health care development, Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE)
**Education** :
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Field of study in Finance, Business, Communications or related field; Masters preferred.
